Hazardous Waste Charges & Fees       

Overtonnage Charges / Fees / Disclosures / Contract Agreement

• Construction & Demolition Debris (C+D) $190. Up to each ton.
• Municipal Solid Waste (MSW) $190. Up to each ton.                                                                                                                                                  [Sheetrock if more than 10% of load there is an additional $35 a ton for both base rate and overtonnage.]

There is an overtonnage fee if you go over the described weight limit with the dumpster you rented.

Do not overfill dumpsters above top rail (top of dumpster). We will refuse to pick up the dumpster until material is brought to a safe transportation level or driver may remove and leave items onsite (either way customer/contractor/company is responsible for any additional fees, labor, or charges to bring the dumpster to a safe level for transportation).

Attempted service, relocation, or unauthorized dumpster moving is a minimum fee of $200.

Rental fee is as follows: The first week is free and after the 1st week, it's $10 a day. 

Customer/contractor/company (whether you put it in or someone illegally dumpe): You are responsable for all items put into the dumpster while in their possession.

Customer/contractor must call and talk to their sales rep at least 2 days in advance for any pickups. We will not pick up the dumpster until you notify us to do so and any additional items put into the dumpster must be told to your sales rep and payment is due at pickup. Also, any pending balances must be paid upon pickup. 

Discounts/special pricing: If you were given a discount, you will need to pay your bill within 10 days of the invoice date to take the discount price, and if you do not pay or we do not receive your payment within the 10 days allowed, then all discounts and special pricing will be voided and will be reversed back to the regular price that you were given and you agreed to at the time of your order. The late fee is 2% per month.

Credit cards: when you give us your credit card information, you agree/authorize us to charge any balance that is due or past due on your account to the card. You also agree to pay a convenience fee of 4.% , and if applicable, any late fees you will not issue a charge back. All sales are final.

No refunds, only credit towards a future rental, and you agree that at no time for any reason are we liable for anything more than the cost of the paid rental charge.

Customer/contractor/company warrants and represents that any location provided for the dumpster is sufficent to bear the weight of the dumpster, its contents, and any delivery vehicle required to transport the dumpster. Our companies shall be held harmless and not be responsible for any damages whatsoever to customers property, such as pavement area, walkways, lawns, sprinklers, septic/wells, fences, overhead or underground utilities, trees, shrubs, etc. If our equipment is to get stuck, customer/contractor/company is fully responsible for towing/recovery and any other charges or damages.

Should either the customer/contractor/company fail to return the rented dumpster/container for any reason, we reserve and maintain the right to enter upon the premises where our dumpster/container may be at anytime without any further notice and take back possession of our property. Customer/contractor/company is still responsible for all disposal and any overtonnage/rental fees and for cases of non payments, we will leave contents on site and remove dumpster/container at the customer's/contractor's/company's expense all without any legal/civil processes. The customer/contractor/company also hereby waving any and all claims against us for any damages/losses/delays/cleanup/labor/legal/civil processes from any such entry or removal.

Permits, approvals, and fees: Customer/contractor/company shall be responsible for obtaining any and all necessary permits and approvals per their city or town and paying all fees that may be incurred in conjunction therewith and be fully responsible for all fines if they do not obtain one if needed.

Customer/contractor/companies are fully responsible and hold our companies harmless from any and all personal injuries and general liability claims and/or any damages caused to the dumpster while in their care/on their property.

Collections: Customer/contractor/companies accepts and is fully responsible for any and all collection fees, including all lawyer/legal services and fees, and we also list all debts/collections with all 3 credit bureaus.

All contractors/companies, their owners/principles/representatives, and signees also hereby agree to give their personal guarantee to us when renting any of our equipment and that the person signing for everyone is authorized to do so.

To rent our dumpsters/containers, customer/contractor/company have read, acknowledged, and accepted all policies and terms of this contract.
